It takes a village to raise a child, and it takes a team to run a podcast. In this day and age, if your podcast isn’t on social media or doesn’t have show notes, then by the modern definition of creating content: it doesn’t exist.
Voice This! Podcast recently formed a v-team to keep churning out the best and most relevant content possible. Meet the team!
Millani Jayasingkam
Millani is a Toronto-based Senior Conversational Designer experienced in building and optimizing IVRs and chatbots. Before diving deep into Conversational AI, Millani worked 3+ years on UX projects focused on e-commerce and accessibility.

Vivian Fu
Vivian is a User Experience Researcher based in Toronto, dedicated to enhancing learning experiences in the public sector through immersive technology. She creates interactive learning environments that foster engagement, knowledge retention, and skill development. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring yoga and ballet, finding joy and inspiration in their practices.

P.J. Rodriguez
P.J. is a multidisciplinary designer and visual artist, He is an Interaction Design intern at IDEO in San Francisco. In addition to being a member of California’s native Yurok Tribe, P.J. has a deep curiosity for languages and technology and spends a lot of time learning about Conversation Design. During moments of leisure, P.J. can usually be found freestyle dancing, speed-cubing, or painting — sometimes all at the same time.

Elaine Anzaldo
Elaine is a senior Conversation Designer and has worked in various roles within the voice tech industry for the past 4+ years at companies such as Meta, NLX, Apple, and SRI International. She is also a Conversational AI evangelist, writing blogs to help aspiring Conversation Designers get into the field. Elaine is a proud trilingual and can’t wait until the day voice tech becomes accessible in Telugu.
